During the course of this class we discussed "words" that we find offensive. Because one person was always using the "R" word, I thought I would use it as an opprotunity to express my disgust with it and why I found it so offensive. It was amazing to me how many just rolled there eyes and felt like I was making a big deal out of "nothing. It is just a word". I find it very offensive and I am very happy someone is speaking out on this. It is long over due! So I made up the Rule of Rocks: If you want it, you carry it. That kept things down to a manageable level.
