just finished grading a set of exams from my psychology and literature class; one question asked students to look at mother characters in 3 works we read (Clytemnestra—–Aeschylus’ Oresteia trilogy; Jocasta—Oedipus’ mother/wife—-mother of Christopher in The Curious Incident) and analyze them and see if they had any PTSD symptoms—-

maybe one should ask, does any/do all mothers have a few…

this was lovely. i’m not so sure i’d want to do this though. i live with teenagers and well my husband. no, i think i may pass but i do like what you’ve done with this. i’ll think my thoughts but not post them.
