Wordless Special Exposure Wednesday
If this continues, I shall sell his bed!
It is white wood.
It is white wood.
A cheap trade in return for a very obvious free fall drop in tactile defensiveness.
I also have a few words to share on my “Alien” site called “A Glut of Starving Brains.”
If you enjoy caption competitions and photographs, you may wish to nip along to“DJ Kirkby” over at “Chez Aspie” if you have a brilliant witty mind, or failing those qualifications you can always just zip along and lurk like me.

Ah yes, a nester. Frog also prefers to bounce on his bed by day and sleep on his floor by night. We are so thankful for the sleep, we decided not to make an issue of it!

The mask makes the shot
. He’s adorable.
Maya too sometimes prefers to curl up on the floor with everything from her bed (and I do mean everything – besides the obvious covers, regular pillow and 3 (yes 3) novelty pillows she surrounds herself with at least 25 different stuffed animals and dolls). If it helps her to actually fall asleep I don’t care where she is!

Too cute! Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be able to sleep that peacefully anywhere?

Oh, but it does look comfy, doesn’t it?

I so recognize this. My daughter slept on the floor for weeks again this summer. Then she was finally able to explain what bothered her about the bed: it creaked. I was able to fix that, and now she happy to sleep in her bed again.

Ha ha! What a great shot. Love it!

We did actually get rid of my son’s bed. He never really liked to sleep in it, so we tried giving in to my daughter, but she wants to do whatever big brother does, so they both sleep on the floor!

My youngest (2 yrs.) prefers to sleep on the floor in the living room. Great picture!

If I had a bed (instead a mattress on the floor) i’d probably sell it too, cause I fall asleep on the sofa most nights!

Sweet photo! Love the mask
My daughter loves sleeping on the floor too.

That mask is great! If I didn’t put my son in bed before I went to bed, he’d never sleep there!

Adorable photo!
Bed issues *sighs* We have tons….all sensory. From jumping on mattress and killing it…to ending up on the floor cause ‘it feels like cement’. Everyday he says his bed feels different. If you think about it…that would be like sleeping in someone else’s bed every night (oh I would be more than whining!).
Still hoping he will figure out a good solution…so far he just decides nightly.

How cute, I love the mask! My guys fall asleep on the floor sometimes too. They used to do it a lot when they were too hyper to stay in bed, they’d just keep going until they finally crashed on the floor.

Sooooo darling! This made me SMILE!

Aw…..so darn cute whilst asleep.
“Whilst.” Did I use it properly?

Why do we buy them toys and beds? Better to give them boxes and blankets.
Love the photo.
