I remember those days! Now that mine are adolescents, I go through a different plan, which includes prepping Nigel not to talk about marriage to the unsuspecting date!

way to care for those pokemon and webkinz. I hope you did not tell them about the abandonment. And I’m glad you were able to get out of the house.

now I remember my comment from your similar post. A friend came by the hospital (we were watching TV and eating dinner) and said, “you know if you wanted time to yourselves, you could have just called me to watch the kids, you didn’t have to go and get sick to be alone together.” How thoughtful, I will be calling her as soon as my kids are back in my care.
