Nothing broken thank goodness but with a splint on the left and a sling on the right she only has two other functioning limbs.

The boys teamed up. One issued verbal instructions and the other complied, two things we don’t experience very often.

In the meantime someone fiddled with my American message:-

Although I suppose either one works:-

I wonder which one it was?

Which would you choose?

Cheers

  1. Julie L.:

My boys on their first day back to school after Spring break would definitely choose message #2. That said after an extra long Spring break of eight weekdays of no school plus two weekends, I’ll choose message #1!

Hope the wounded one heals fast!

  2. HAMMER:

Glad she is ok and nothing is broken.

    I like the second one.

  3. Crystal Jigsaw:

Eeek, so glad it doesn’t appear a serious injury – here’s a for speedy recovery.

Why Maddy, I didn’t realize you were doing some Etsy-ing! Congrats on your shop!

And yes, I too wish your wounded one a very quick recovery. It’s never quick enough when you’re a kid!

  5. Chun Wongb:

Hope the arm and finger heal soon – poor thing. I too prefer the second message.

  6. Rachel - Once Upon A Miracle:

OY! So sorry for the wounded one… that certainly does not look fun. Looks like it tells a story all in one shot!

  7. Leanne:

I hope she’s good as new very soon. Did the boys decide clothes were optional again??? *grin*

I believe I would settle for either one ;)

Great to see the cooperative effort on the instructions for your patient, but sorry to hear she had such a bummer of a weekend. Ours was filled with urgent care fun as well. Hope this week goes better!

Verbal instructions AND compliance? This is a huge day for any parent!

I suspect I would get very bad with those block letters in no time.

  11. elizabeth channel:

Both are lovely but play is preferred : )

  12. DES:

I’m always on the side of ‘playday’.
