Ah, memories. For the life of me I can't remember what his 'reward' was if he ate a new/undesirable food but I guess that means eventually it was faded out without too much trouble. Just whisk the packet into cold milk and it's done in about 2 minutes with no cooking. sometimes I pour it into a graham cracker crust and top with whipped cream. I use it to bribe my kids into eating their vegetables. I still do the pudding reward when I introduce a new food. Love that note. It's concise and to the point.
