Congrats on your "cook"! How adorable is that paper hat. My jaw is still on the floor. :)

That's fantastic, Maddy :)
Maybe buy him some chef work-wear and get him into clothes that way?

I used to let my son eat only his preferred items until I "woke" up and smelled the coffee. Now he has to eat at least 1/2 of a non-preferred item on his plate if he wants dessert.

I think I inadvertently lied / misled, in that it hasn't taken 6 months. He's been eating just about everything for 6 months beginning from October last year but of course we have been working on desensitizing him to food since he was about two and a half / threeish. What can I say.....may brain and memory are crumbling.
Cheers

I'm on a mission today.

I've seen many parents 'stop trying'. I become cheerleader, too. This book must be a good guide. Thanks for the giveaway. I'm sure some other child will eat better for it!
