A while back I read an article about a school around here who’s teacher purchased therapy balls for the students in her classroom. I thought…WOW! Finally someone gets the connection…proprioceptive input = concentration! whoopie!
Love the colors on that ball….my son would be looking through it like Alice in Wonderland to see how the world looked from his side!

I do quite a lot of textbook reading while lying on my stomach. That, and sitting at a desk, usually while rocking, are my favorite positions. I’m pretty sure physical movement or position helps many people learn–why else would so many people think things over while pacing? Schools should take advantage of this!

that is Charlie’s favorite position—used to use a big exercise ball, now it’s all couch time.
