they are quite lovely!!! is it possible that there is a slight air bubble in the clay before firing? it would come to the surface in the heat and do that i think. what about putting fewer at a time in the kiln?? good luck…

For some reason when I saw the stack in the first photo I remembered all the craft fairs we have attended. A bit different from the sidewalk sale. Think about it. Perhaps you can engage your income-desiring child to work with you – like selling the little plants – ?
