		<description>I agree with kathleen about the under-appreciated learning through cooking.  Math. Science. Problem-solving.  Language.  Promotes social behaviors in the serving.  Lots of perceptual, sensory and fine motor experience.  

Not what elephant ears look like in Texas, but I&#039;m leaning towards a broad definition.  

&#039;sofar as the heat in the kitchen, perhaps child development could trump green on this occasion...lower the temp on thermostat!</description>

		<description>I think it is great that he wasn&#039;t deterred-by lack of ingredients..he found a way to do what he wanted..even if it meant changing his original idea of what to bake. sorry about the hot oven though-ick.</description>
