This is what happens when your child with autism turns 21.
Routine, which by definition is a "no -no" when our child is inflexible, becomes quite the solace when it comes to laundry.
My son returned home on vacation from away school....came downstairs Monday morning..."It's time to do my laundry, it's Monday" Very well said, his mother replied.

I'm with you. Laundry takes way too much time away from other things I want to do. Funny, my most recent post was partly about laundry.
Lovely that your son went to school in three shirts and two shorts.
